On the 22nd of October, 2009, the culmination of 10 months negotiations led to the signing of an historic agreement between Eco-Solids International Limited of New Milton, Hampshire, Great Britain and Yinuo Science & Technology Company Limited of Shenyang, Liaoning, Republic of China.
